Vanilla 1.1.5a is a product of Lussumo. More Information: Documentation, Community Support.
I've just uploaded Semiologic 5 beta 3.
Key changes since the last beta:
Sem Pro 5 beta files are at:
http://wp-pro.semiologic.com/bleeding/
Standalone Sem theme 5 files are at:
http://www.semiologic.com/res/semiologic-bleeding.zip
I'd like to make sure everyone can properly use the upgrade script this time. Even if you succeed in upgrading your site from beta 1 or beta 2 to beta 3, please give beta 3's upgrade wizard a shot (I've tweaked the upgrade files) on your server.
For the handful of you who were having issues with automated updates:
I could have slated this one as an RC, but I figured I'd wait for a last batch of upgrade tests before giving that label a go for it.
D.
Denis,
Trying to use the upgrade I got this error
Creating tmp folder
FTP - CHDIR /var/www/vhosts/softwaremusings.com/httpdocs/
FTP - CHDIR /httpdocs/
FTP - MKDIR /httpdocs/tmp
Failed create tmp folder
With beta 2 it worked fine.

SEE12, please check that the php server memory is 32M or greater.
Mike
You just have you host change in in the php.ini file and restart apache.
I would stay with 5.0. Ideally all SL releases need the 32M or greater.
To all who have experienced one-click upgrade issues with beta 3, please don't forget to send me your site details and ftp details by email (denis at mesoconcepts dot com). I'd like to get all of this resolved by this evening so we can release the RC.
D.
also, it would be sweet if a few of you sent site details for sites where the upgrade worked, so I can make sure I don't break things that were previously working while fixing things that didn't. :-)

@mabhawaii:
delete this file (it's obsolete anyway):
wp-content/plugins/ylsy_permalink_redirect.php
@E.J.: I'm suspecting your widget config got lost. see presentation / widgets and see if adding stuff to "each entry" helps.

@All:
An updated version of the upgrade scripts is located at the following address:
http://www.semiologic.com/files/members/sem-pro/download/sem-pro.zip
(This is not the full sem pro zip, merely the upgrade scripts for testing purposes.)
Can those of you whose sites I haven't worked on since late last week could give it a shot while I tackle the three last sites on my todo list?
To test, upload the files to your site (wp-content overwrites wp-content), then visit wizards / upgrade and let me know if the upgrader works to the last step with no errors.
