    I using Semiologic Pro 5.5 RC-3 and WordPress 2.5.1.

    How do you get rid of the bar between the main blog content and the header image which says "Home" on the left side and then the search box is on the right?

    Ok I figured it out. Wow things have really changed in 5.5.

    Goto: Design > Widgets > Current Widgets (select Header)

    The remove the Header: Nav Menu widget.
