At the risk of sounding like a whinger, as I have asked this question three times... Has anyone been able to resolve the all comments going into moderation problem?
I have tried multiple different settings and no matter what comments always go to moderation... My production site is very focused on user created content, so to have to moderate all the comments is getting a bit tough.
