    I want to implement an exit popup for which I have the code.

    I have just scoured the plugins/widgets and am none the wiser.
    Can someone give me a quick steer to which widget/method I should be using?

    Where does the author want you to add to? Head, Body, Footer?

    Exit pop up when exiting the site - completely SLP.

    Not sure what your second question means. Instructions are:
    POP EXIT
    Copy this code and paste it anywhere on your website or blog to have
    your squeeze page for the chosen product load when people leave your site.
    Your affiliate link is built in already.
    END
